Specialises in: Spinal back and neck pain, running injuries and problematic shoulders, with a proven track record of helping clients return to full function free of pain.

With a background in Exercise and Sport Science and a Physiotherapy degree from Perth, Australia, I bring over eight years of clinical experience across private practice and the NHS, working with patients in both Australia and the UK.

My passion for sport and movement, from tennis and track and field to scuba diving and skiing, led me naturally into physiotherapy. Years of teaching group fitness and being embedded in gym communities gave me a deep understanding of movement biomechanics, which shapes how I assess and treat every patient.

My approach begins with a thorough and systematic assessment to identify the root cause of your condition, rather than simply addressing symptoms. From there, I draw on hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription, always underpinned by clear patient education and evidence-based practice. Where further investigation or specialist input is needed, I work closely with a network of trusted consultants across central and west London to ensure you receive the right care. Whatever you’re dealing with, I’ll take the time to understand your goals and work with you to get you back to doing what you love.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me busy cooking new recipes in the kitchen, staying quite active playing tennis around London, lifting weights or hiking.

I look forward to meeting you!
